That's not the point I'm trying to make. What we have here is a best-selling book that's not in the best-seller section.

If there are 30 best-sellers, including "Treason", and 29 of these best-sellers are displayed in the "best-seller" section, why is Ann's book hidden?

This has nothing to do with the publisher not spending big bucks to have the book prominently displayed. That's another issue completely. "Treason" doesn't need to be prominently displayed -- it just needs to be in the best-seller section, with all the other current best-sellers.

Well, I doubt the book was actually 'hidden,' because B&N stores are pretty big places and I doubt you'd ever find the book if it was actually hidden. I'm just trying to air all the possible theories before we trounce on people. Air before you trounce, I always say!
