If you lie, you are committing fraud. If this leads to harm done to another, or loss of their property, then yes... it should be a crime.So, if no WMD's are found in Iraq, you will be leading the charge to try GWB before the World Court?

Saddam had weapons. Saddam used weapons. Saddam has a list of horrific crimes uder his belt that were WAY over due. I don't care if they never find so much as a can of mace in Iraq. Removing him, for the crimes he had already committed, was more than enough justification.
Sling that crap elsewhere.

They have already found many of the items they had previously described. As for where the rest are, or what happened to them, time will tell. As for whether the adminitration lied about them, I suppose it is possible. But if so, then we were also lied to by Clinton, Gore, virtually every member of Congress, the UN, the French, the Russians, and virtually every serious intelligence agency in the world; all of whom are on the record that he had them.
