Our rights come from our creator. The Constitution limits government rights not individual rights. One of Madison's concerns in drafting the Bill of Rights was that those enumerated rights would become the ONLY protected rights. It appears that today even conservatives wish for a powerful federal government that restrains us within the narrow framework of the Bill of Rights.

Privacy is guaranteed by the fourth amendment, as we are to be secure in our homes, papers, etc. But, it sounds like privacy's not an issue with you. So, I take it that you'd be OK with the government folks coming into your house to see what you've been doing on your computer and whether you're feeding your children healthy meals?
Privacy cuts across all lines.

Hmm....Don't seem to really find that in the Constitution.... I recall that one of the arguments against the Bill of Rights was that people would think that only rights explicitly enumerated existed. The Ninth Amendment was supposed to prevent that, but evidently it doesn't always work.
