Most of the people busted for prostitution are convicted for negotiating in public with an undercover police officer, or having sex in public places such a parking lot known to attrack prostitutes

And it therefore follows, in fact it is certain, that the proprietors of establishments located in private homes, where consenting adults exercise their liberty of contract in matters having to do with sex will be off the hook as soon as SCOTUS can hear their appeal.

I was just addressing the false analogy of sodomy and prostitution enforcement.

Prostitution arrests do not depend on spying into private homes, while sodomy arrests must.

That's why I seldom see heterosexual couples being busted in their private homes for cunnilingus.

Having seldom-unenforceable laws on the books just to "punish" the "perverted" gays made no sense to the US Supreme Court Justices.
