We need religious police, like they have in Saudi Arabia.

hey biggot, it's not a question of religion nor of government, it is a question in fact of adult governance, AIDS and many other sick individualist Libertarian Politicaly correct tyranical rights that kill, "rights" the Libertarians promote.

This law in effect, sir, allows women who are sodomized by their husbands to not appeal for a divorce. This is a defacto legalization of abuse.

That's crap. *Unconsensual* sodomy is assault and grounds for divorce. The hard part is proving it.

Nonsense. Women, at least in Texas, can divorce their husbands for any reason, or no reason.

Do you understand the meaning of consensual?

Exactly.

Adults can't be trusted to govern themselves when it comes to their consenting conduct behind closed bedroom doors.

We need the state to do that.

The state needs to publish a list of which sex acts it approves of, and which sex acts are verbotten.

Then we can start up a Department of Homeland Sexual Morality, and enlist a bunch of citizen spies to peek in their neighbor's windows, and see if they can see anything icky going on.

Then all they have to do is call in a complaint on the homeland-homo-hotline, and the government will send agents to take them away.

Everyone poking around in everyone else's business.

Everyone ratting out their neighbors.

It'll be great... just like back in 1940's Germany.

Maybe we can even put them in concentration camps.

That was the case before the court decision. Sodomization of a woman by her husband was legal in Texas.

No, it does not, because in this case you are talking about rape. This law does not address itself to rape.
