I remember watching the exchange. The poster didn't claim anything of the sort. He/she admitted that some Lithuanians helped the Nazi's, but wouldn't accept that "the vast majority" did, as you said. He/she was arguing against your words:

Assigning collective/automatic guilt is inappropriate. I don't see any evidence that the article is propoganda, even while wearing my tinfoil helmet (which provides adequate protection against Trotskyite/Nazi mind control rays).

I've been watching the site that posted the article that started this whole thread. Today, one of the writers there published an article about Lithuania and the Holocaust--and he didn't mention Trotsky (at least, not by name). He did mention Lenin.
