It was a call for arms that went unanswered.

In Pennsylvania and across the country, few health care workers and first responders have rolled up their sleeves for the smallpox vaccination.

The Allegheny County Health Department has stopped giving the vaccines, officials said Monday.

Can anyone tell me the differnece between the chemical make-up of today's vaccine versus the vaccine of the 50's and 60's?
