I have a lab also and Buddy's plight make me sickened.
What's funny is, last week I was working at home and my boss called me about something. He asked if I was busy and I said not really, my Lab was just helping me finish up a research paper. (She "helps" by sitting on the floor beside me with her head in my lap as I type.) He laughed and said, "Does she do the typing for you?" I said, "Sure, but nobody can read what she wrote."
I salute you for being able to interpret dog typing.
