*Love* the dancing Elephants, ((((((Billie))))))
Yes, we surely *can* dance with the likes of ((((((BillF))))) {You ROCK!!!} in our midst. I read about you, Bill, in The Weekly Standard. I mentioned it to (((((((FTH)))))) just yesterday, not knowing this was wonderful profile was coming up today. You and the others that showed up at the Hitlery signing are *heroes* in my book!
God Bless you abundantly for your efforts.
Everybody: The Weekly Standard is a *wonderful* source of conservative news. It's reasonably priced for a weekly publication (I'm a subscriber) and it *tells it like it is.* My favorite contributors are Matt Labash (who did the FReeper article), Christopher Caldwell (had a brief e-mail exchange with him about "Snood" - LOL!), Fred Barnes' Charles Krauthammer (sp?) and William Kristol. However *ALL* of the contributors are spot-on!
You've made my FRiday Billie-Blue and FReezie and BillF.
Thank you!

I laughed 'til I cried when I read the Weekly Standard article, found
here, and
here, too.Mr. Labash caught perfectly the spirit of our merry band of pranksters, pundits, and pol-watchers. We always have fun while educating people about the true nature of some of their "leaders." Some day, if you're ever out this way, we'll have to call a DC Chapter meet!

Thanks for the kind words.
(I left for a week at the beach a day after this thread started. I've been back for a week, but I'm just getting to responding to some of these posts.)
I didn't see any specific reference to me in the Weekly Standard article except a brief quote from me. When a contestant in the Hillary book throwing contest had the book slip loose as he threw it, he said "It slipped." The article quoted my response that "That's OK. The Clintons have always been slippery."
I was video taping as Sauropod, Angelwood, and tgslTakoma did the real work of running the book throwing contest.
Thanks again!
