It's from the 09/04 2001 issue of Wiel magazine, from South Africa. Though the British influence remains there, they've got some talented designers and machine shops for building good ideas into metal realities.

But it's not precisely a springer front fork, at least not in the image of the Harley or Indian springers. It looks to be more akin to the BMW Earles leading link unit, if a good bit prettier and less bulky than those or the British *Dauntless* competition leading link front forks oft used for sidecar racing bikes and available for street machines.
