Thanks for believing me.....he considers himself "old style Democrat" and hates all the Dems currently in it. He wants the old party of more conservative Dems back.

The problem is that if one or two more staunch Conservative Democrats were elected to the Senate, for example, then the Non-Conservative Democrats would be in total control of the Senate again with possible Supreme Court vacancies coming up.

Now my very next post to you is going to be to agree. Yes, I think there are conservative Dems, though not a whole heck of a lot. What are your opinions on James Traficant? Despite his eccentricity, I really liked him and think he got railroaded by his fellow Dems.
