I'm a Republican and I've been a member of Free Republic for a long time (remember when it was a Whitewater link on Matt Drudge's home page?). I'd vote to leave it as is. At the polls, vote Republican...remember that Ross Perot cost us Bill Clinton.

Wrong! The Republican Party gave us Bill Clinton. TWICE! Remember that!
NO NEW TAXES! and Bob 'Viagra' Dole! (I have a better memory than most Republicans)
I'm no lover of Democrats or Republicans. I am an independent voter and if the Republicans want my vote (and apparently they don't) they will have to earn it. Until then I will continue to vote Libertarian when I can and Republican as a last resort. (Democrats need not apply).
