Why is this still being discussed when it happen back in 1979? Obviously Subic has remained in the Army and has over 30 military honors, so whatever he did during that hostage crisis was for his country. If you see the pictures of him before/after/during the 444days, you will see how the press/media describes him is not accurate. Right now Subic has a job he enjoys as a Chief of Police, and he does a great job. He has a lot of support from the community that he serves and protects. Do you look at other thing Subic is doing/ has done? That is his true character, if you knew him then you would know how sincere he is.
