[history]
A 20-year-old Western Washington University student faces up to life in prison for allegedly planning to bomb the U.S. Coast Guard station in Bellingham.
Paul Douglas Revak, a resident of Mathes Hall, appeared in U.S. District Court in Seattle Tuesday, where he was charged with solicitation to commit a crime of violence and threats to use a weapon of mass destruction.

WWU is a mini Berkeley, a socialist/anarchist hotbed. They call their school center, Red Square. This kid was obviously brainwashed by his teachers and peers into hating his country and becoming a terrorist.
I say cut government funding to universities who teach anti-government hate.

Eva- Were you at the Whatcom Co. Rep. Women's gathering last night with Rose Strong? She was talking about how vulnerable we are here is to terrorism, and this morning we wake up to this! I agree that WWU is waaaay left, and that kids have to be aware of what's being taught there, but I think this kid sounds like he was off his rocker long before he arrived... We live in B'ham, and encouraged all 3 of kids to go out of state to college, and thankfully, they listened!

No, I wasn't even aware of the meeting.
I know how vulnerable we are, my husband attended the conference that was put on my the dept of homeland security for the port of Bellingham. I was going to post the cd from the meeting, but I couldn't figure out how to open it. It was some pretty scarey stuff, though.
