I have a friend whose brother-in-law was a press deputy for (I think it was) Al Damato. She told me that President Bush (1) and his administration knew that Bill and Hillary had an "open marriage" and everyone in Washington D.C. knew it. The Democrats were just waiting for the Republicans to make that allegation after the Gennifer Flowers eruption so the Republicans sat on their hands. The media, as usual, let us down.

Flash forward to what we witnessed tonight. A credible, detailed, and seemingly very nice woman tellinmg a story she only once told reluctantly.

I thought maybe Susan would learn something from how quickly her buds on the left dropped her when she dared to question the royalty of the Clintons. (She did have a good line "sucking all the oxygen out of the air")

Most of her columns were not printed in her regular outlets; she probably went to a party where no one spoke to her.

Instead of this showing her the shallowness of the left and causing her to come home to Jesus, she decides to get back where she belongs and try to be friends again.

Susan, of all people, should know the psychology of rape. Women don't report when they are raped by powerful men. yeesh.

That is so true. I had a cousin who ran away from home when she was twelve. She jumped into a car at a drive-in restaurant because she could see our grandparent's looking for her and there were two strange men sitting in it. Of course they took her to an isolated place and raped her. She didn't speak of it for over twenty years.

Twenty five years ago or more, women were marked and carried the blame for being raped. In the south, it was more so (from New Orleans originally. It is different today and Susan Estrich made me angry by obfiscating the issue with her comments. She did not say Clinton did not or would not do this, but in effect, it's too late to do something about it.
