with the Supremes set to decide campaign finance reform in Sept, it seems likely that NO justices will step down before the election. I don't know if that is good or bad, probably good for Bush. Stevens and Ginsburg might have trouble waiting out another Bush term. O'Connor and Rehnquist would definitey retire.
