Per Dr. Lee on LKL, body will produce trace amount of GHB on its own. If they found more than trace in any vomit, for example, that could be incriminating.

FYI ... Geraldo (two nights ago) stated point blank that there was no blood in vomit on a mop in the house. Any ideas here? I noticed Henry Lee sidestepped this issue when he answered Jo Ellen.
