He seems to think that all there is to know about the case has been revealed.
Time will tell, of course, but I tend to think (and I acknowledge it may be wishful thinking) there is much more. I remind myself they wanted to make an arrest even before the bodies surfaced, and then, they DID arrest him before the test results were known.
