This reminds me that during the "summer of Chandra" a body was found out Modesto way in a dumpster. A freeper called out there to ask if they were going to test it to see if it was Chandra Levy and they said yes (of course she would be found in the park back east months later, at this point, and it wasn't her). Sooooo, what's up with bodies and dumpsters and trash bins up there?

You obviously missed my post about the outrageous cost of using landfills. Seriously, it must be that trash bins are just so darn convenient.
