Now it was reported Laci had high level of caffiene in her system, right? So he could have dropped this awful stuff in whatever her caffiene drink was, and boom, she'd be out for a loonnng time. He could have had time after drugging her, to take her elsewhere to do her in. (Speculation Off)

It sounds very feasible to me. I have never believed that her death was necessarily "violent" (not to downplay any method).

But drugging her would make things much easier for Scott. I cringe to imagine it.
