Okay, alex, I follow you with the "people are objects" thing. I see this as a common thread among several personality disorders that I think of as "flavors" of psychopathy. The dissociation of empathy and the objectification of others. And I can *grok* murder from a psychopath, if it suits his/her needs or tastes or whatever.

But WHY Christmas Eve? Why not six months earlier or a month later? Even if Scott did it, in fact ESPECIALLY if Scott did it, it seems ritualistic somehow. Why not Jan 8th? Why not pay someone to do it, then kill the person that did it?

For her credibility to be shot she would have to be shown to be dishonest regarding this case, which has not happened. O'Reilly played the pictures as if Amber is trying to profit from them, which is flat out not true. She is trying to block them from being published.

Back from the recesses of my mind, I have just recalled that I read "somewhere" that most/many adulterers are "found out" by their spouses on or near holidays. Seems that the "other woman" (or man,,,I'm trying to be PC)becomes more demanding of the spouses' time during the holidays.

I can see this happening in this case.
