I did vid caps of the hearing today, the link is on the top of my website. I got Scott wiping the "tear" and have some other CTV gossip, photos, KTVU's slideshow of Scott getting emotional during the discussions of the autopsy reults and other stuff you've probably already discussed and seen for yourself (I haven't read the thread yet, just getting the webpage done).

"brother" meaning more out of state people are assuming what California/Californians is/are like and what they've done in their lives. Generalizations. Assumptions based on nothing. Sure, there are a few nude beaches and even one nudist colony in the next town to me. Do I visit? hahaha...no. Most of California, like much of the rest of the United States, is populated with a more modest type of person. :o)

I wonder if the state you reside in has nudist colonies. Hmmmmm.

**Catherine Crier up on CTV. She says she's going to talk about some disturbing photos of Laci and Conner that the defense showed her.**

I'm not up on legalities so perhaps you or someone else could help me with this. WHY would the defense be sharing photos of Laci and Connor to the media? Wouldn't that be considered a major leak and worthy of some legal action?

I watched the CTV Replay today.. It looked like a show to the court camera to me. Scott did not look like he was crying in court.

Geraldo says court tears-- I didn't see them.. I saw Scott wipe the right outside of his face- not the inside corner of his eyes.. The camera zoomed in there and there were no tears from the inside corners of Scott's eyes.. It looked more like Scott was contemplating the full gravity of his troubles and rubbing the right side of his face out of sweat... Scott looked week, tightlipped, and faintlike. He looked sorry for himself, but not tearful. At the time of this incident the court scene had to do with the expostion of the paperwork of the Autopsy and not any thing graphic involving descriptions of parts that would drive a loved one to tears anyway.

I wonder how much Geraldo is being paid for his Impressions...???? I saw a different image.. than Geraldo..

Great job, hergus! Thanks for the info about only 4 people there for Scott. There were 2-3 other guys sitting in the same asile as Peterson family. Recognized one as Matt 'overactor' Dalton, but didn't know if the other 1-2 were possibly Scott's 1/2 brothers-guess not.

I watched most of it too (at work). I had to log out before it was finished however. I didn't think it looked very real either. Notice the set jaw!! This guy is so OJ. He's determined to get away with it. I wanna know WHY the Defense does NOT have to produce their rediculous mentally ill witness? I thought there were reciprocal disclosure rules?!!
