Besides, dansy is the only *wolfette* right now and only because of special circumstances.....she cried and begged a lot. : )[sigh] Well, being the loyal Wolfette that I am, I guess I have to let this version of the story stand! :-)

Hi dutchess and Billie. This thread is stretching my suspension of disbelief to the limit. I can accept a talking dog and even a talking cat, but a talking fish is going too far! Can't complain about Mr. T since everyone knows turtles can talk. Just the fish? Knew it'd be something! :)
Roscoe, that's a good dog. Keep jumping on those tables.
Why does it not surprise me you'd encourage my dog to be bad? :)

LOL! I'd rather they didn't fight either. Remembering Kitty from last week, I don't know what I was thinking about suggesting that Roscoe might get the best of them! (He's a wuss compared to Miss Kitty I bet!)

Hee hee.
Ah, I'm so surprised by how MUCH everyone here hates Martha Stewart. She's just this rascal who stole $ -- she's everything that's right and everything that's wrong with capitalism.

House Approves Flag Desecration Amendment
(CNSNews.com) - The U.S. House of Representatives has once again passed a constitutional amendment that would give Congress the authority to outlaw the burning of the American flag. By a vote of 300 to 125, lawmakers voted to add one line to the Constitution: "The Congress shall have power to prohibit the physical desecration of the flag of the United States." Rep. Duke Cunningham, a California Republican and a sponsor of the legislation, had this suggestion for the measure's opponents: "If you don't have an outlet for civil unrest, burn a French flag." Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) called the vote a Republican "rite of spring" and public relations ploy. "The calendar tells us that June 14 is Flag Day, and of course, there's July 4th," Nadler said. "Members need to send out a press release extolling a need to protect the flag as if the flag was in need of protection by Congress." Although the House has passed the amendment five times in the past eight years, the Senate is not expected to follow suit.
