We let Fidel have Honolulu and Oahu for Cuba. We keep our bases in Hawaii. We buy out the conservatives and offer them a new home in Cuba or where ever they can afford to buy a home.

We would pick up two senators from the Cubans and several members of the house.

Fidel and his commies would get along great with the Hawaiian socialists and commies until we stopped all aid.

After a year or two under Fidel, the natives would be jumping into canoes to go the other islands or California. Or they would kill Fidel and beg to come back to the US as a conservative state.
