Don't know about where you are jw, but it was downright depressing here. It rained and rained and rained, and we were out in it all day running from pillar to post.

We must really BE sistahs!
Just before you got here, I posted this:

" - The Thin Man, always concerned about what is best for all of us who frequent this place, was swung from pillar to post."

You just posted:

"It rained and rained and rained, and we were out in it all day running from pillar to post."

LOL

Inland five miles it is 20 degrees hotter and the sun shines...here by the coast a low 'marine layer' lingers and we have "June Gloom", which follows "May Gray".

Spending so many years in the hot desert, I still find the cool breeze very welcome, and the gray doesn't get me down because it's actually luminous most of the time...it sure bothers others around here.

What bothers me more is not seeing the moon in it's many faces as the weeks roll by...I like that little light in the sky, Sister Moon, The Silver One.

Hmmm...maybe I oughtta do a little Navajo Sun Dance for the both of us...blow away the clouds for awhile...)
