According to the Rocha's attorney, there WAS an agreement to go in last Tuesday, and then Mark Geragoes nixed it. MG even told the Rocha's attorney Thursday afternoon that they were not getting into the house (prefaced with something like "if you want war you got it.").

That was a crappy thing for Geragos to do - The Rochas could have then gone to court to deal with that, but they chose the wrong way to handle it, imho... too bad, too, because they had seemed to be dealing with this whole thing exceptionally well up to this point...

I'll bet Geragos was just playing "musical agreements" with the Rochas and their representative(s). The old runaround. He seems to be a master of it, on all levels.
