Not true. Oxygen for most is worn "as needed". They know when they need it. Stress also increases the need for 02.

When we have seen her wearing the O2 outside the courtroom....that would be very reasonable. From what I understand....WALKING.....takes oxygen...and can be extremely difficult.

When she calls into those shows, she is sitting in her chair....simply talking.
