The Rocha's tried the polite route, then the legal route, and when they started getting the famous Peterson/Geragos run around and lies they took matters into their own hands.

Seems to me that the Rochas didn't want to wait - they had an agreement they were to abide by, and they broke that agreement. If anyone looks bad out of this, it is the Rochas...

They were getting conflicting reasons why they couldn't access the home..Defense team said they didn't want the crime scene "compromised" yet the Peterson clan were in there daily, even swimming in the pool.
Maybe they were sick of being lied to and decided in a moment of desparation to take matters into their own hands to preserve the memory of their daughter and grandson. The only thing they have now are all of these horrific leaks about the brutal way they died.

Unless they feared the Peterson clan would take the items out of the house that they had requested. The Peterson's handed over some things requested, but it was a backhanded gesture that I'm sure the Rocha's took as not only insulting, but as a sign of uncooperation. The Peterson's have been saying one thing and doing another this entire time.

The Rocha's attorney was on FNC yesterday, and he said there was no agreement, and that they had tried to reach one. The implication was that Geragos et al stonewalled them.

The Rochas hired attorneys 2 1/2 months ago because the Petersons wouldn't let her in. What probably ticked off Sharon the most was Ms. Peterson calling in to Greta's show, acting like there was no problem, and saying she would "leave the plants outside for them to pick up". Geragos is as slimy as SP, and that butt running around asking if a burglary had been reported "afraid the rochas would plant evidence" is slime too.
Excuse me, she had been patient long enough. I would have done just what they did but wouldn't have waited so long. I'm glad she got the jewlry too, hope she got it all. the petersons still have their son at least for now. Sharon deserves to have some of Laci's things, the petersons are just plain mean.

Would you want to have to make an appointment to gather stuff of your deceased loved one's belongings, and knowing that the mother-inlaw was playing games, leaving plants outside the home, at her whime for a later time to pick up plants or other stuff, or taking items from the home, taking it to the defense attorney's office for retrieval, and ultimately to be video taped while there? I don't think so. (the Peterson's actons throughout this case speaks volumns of how uppity they think they are! What Jackie was doing, I would of got the memo, come get your plants when I am not here, oh by the way, you can't have access to my boy's house!)

As a victim's parent, I think the Rochas felt compelled to do what they did. After all, during these events, since Dec 23rd, Scott, wasn't very cooperate with the Rochas either then. Especially after Jan 24th press conference.

It will be all ironed out in the end in the probate court, and most likely a civil court... besides the criminal actions on scaughty.. ;o)
