The house, as to an undivided 1/2 interest, remains the property of Laci.

I suppose until they issue a death certificate, then Laci is free to go in the house anytime she wants....Get a grip, they haven't even lynched the guy yet.

And her interests can't be assumed or acquired by anybody claiming survivors rights. They certainly can't be controlled by a couple with the POA of a seperate estate.
