Petersons have been in the media in one form or another since day one..whether it be on the courthouse steps, in front of their home in San Diego (by the way, in that appearance Jackie did not have her oxygen on and only asked to go inside for it when she felt the interview wasn't going her way) and almost nightly phone ins by Jackie to Dan Abrams and by Lee and Janey to LKL.
Rochas have been interviewed 2 maybe 3 times if I remember correctly, always being very careful not to say anything to compromise the case and NEVER a cross word towards Petersons. IMO Geragos is making media appearances...thru the Petersons. His client is facing the death penalty, why on earth is he letting the Petersons say anything publicly?
It's all a part of his spin....
