Yes right now it's Scott's house, certainly not Jackie P's.
And if he is convicted, if I understand correctly, it will belong to Sharon Rocha in the end.

In the end, sure, IF he's convicted - as far as I know, he hasn't been convicted yet, except in the media, and by many here...

Once Laci died and Scott was still alive, the house became soley Scott's - even before any official transfer of title. Most people never transfer the title to the surviving spouse unless a new marriage to include new spouse. When you sell a house with a dead spouse's name on title, you still don't need to transfer title to survivor in order to sell. Secondly, Sharon did comit a crime by entering that house without permission. Just because the police refuse to arrest her and the other guilty parties, does not make it less of a crime. In order for the house to not belong to Scott (even if convicted of murder), someone would have to sue him for it. Murdering your spouse does not mean you automatically lose your property. Lastly, I think this stunt by Sharon was very stupid and could later be used by the defense to help Scott.
