I seriously doubt there's any forensic evidence whatsoever that Laci was killed in the house, because the police & prosecutors have not behaved all along as one would expect were such evidence present. Of course, I personally doubt that Scott Peterson killed Laci Peterson (though I also think he was...how should I put it...less than distraught at her disappearance). Having said all that, I really don't care either way - it's just one more murder amongst thousands...

Yeah, just one more murder - why the media latches onto one case like a pitbull, I can't fathom... As I said earlier, all we end up seeing of those involved is their 'worst side', and I think it's tragic that the whole nation is watching two families implode publically...

There IS forensic evidence that Scott killed her in the house, and the latest evidence backs it up.
Police found evidence of blood and Laci's vomit on some toweling used to clean up the murder scene. The vomit is an important component, as it indicates that her stomach contents were mixed with the blood from the wound.
Now that police have been able to examine the two bodies, they can see that there was a massive wound to Laci's abdomen, deep enough to involve the baby's flesh, too.
Don't doubt the forensics on this one, as this is what will seal the fate of the murderer------Scott. He killed her because he didn't want a child, under any circumstances.
These final revelations are obviously what has turned Laci's mother so hard against Scott at this point, and she just wants her daughter's things back.

News Anchor: "the body of Laci Peterson and her unborn child washed up on the shore today."
Scott: "Hmm, hey pops...wanna go play golf in La Jolla today, it's such good weather."
yeah, he's clearly innocent.
