Is it true that in a court of law if a person has been proven to have given untruthful testimony you can discount their entire testimony as a juror? Well, I go by that rule in the court of public opinion too. The Petersons are a big fat bunch of liars and the Rochas are not.

I agree with you. (I think you mean witness and not juror though).

I agree the Rochas are not liars. They are thieves, though, which is just as bad...

Yep, I meant witness tells untruth, but the jury is instructed they can discount the entire testimony of that person. Thanks for correcting me.
