They are physicians who provide a truly sad, but sometimes necessary medical procedure. According to the law, and to my own personal way of looking at the world (for what that's worth), they are hardly "murderers".
And despite the rhetoric to the contrary, I'm sure few indeed salivate over and relish their sad task. It's never the result of good fortune.

The name Tiller is one you might find interesting if you actually believe there are no abortionists who like what they do for their expensive houses and numerous cars. Tiller is even proud to be a 'consumate' partial birth abortionist. He will off any little one regardless of whether the child threatens the life of the woman ... because he doesn't consider the LIFE of the child an unalienable right of that sequestered individual human being to be more efficacious than the liberty of the pregnant woman. How about you, how do you feel about the alive children being dehumanized to the point of their lives being of so little value that hiring a serial killer to off them is to be a 'protected rite right of every woman?
