You don't have to kill your fellow Americans because they don't agree with your moral issues. When you do illegal things in your fight against them, you are no better than any other terrorist.

In all honestly I don't know enough about the history of that to reply. But the problem did get solved by military personnel, correct? The fact is, the people were not doing anything illegal at the clinic. Until it's illegal, no one has the right to give them the death penalty. Even then, they'll have to have a fair trial to be convicted. Or do you not believe in trials before convicting someone to the death penalty?
