That's a shame...

Rudolph's mistake was... he wasn't homeless in SF or somewhere like that... if he had been... no one would have even gave a second look because of the epidemic of homelessness there...

He knew the terrority--but I'm still surprised he was captured at all. I really thought that he was either dead or in Europe, but he could've equally hid out in an area with a large homeless population, just blended in. I doubt if Murphy, North Carolina, has a large homeless population.

Murphy, NC has a population around 1500-1600. No wonder the sheriff's deputy stopped him. In a town that small, they'd know everybody.
