It's a little worrisome having a Bush run after a Bush. Jeb is a different man.
To me it's less worrisome than the Cheney precedent; the man was living in Texas when he decided to run for VP from Wyoming--which he had, admittedly, represented in Congress.

Jeb is Jeb, governor of Florida, not Texas. I think the best argument for him would be the total number of votes he has won by. That reflects his margin of victory and the size of the state he won in.

I don't disagree. In some ways I think Jeb is more impressive than GWB.
