But she had a 15-25 ft putt for birdie on almost every hole. Since she has to use the 4 iron and aim for the green (while the guys hit 7 irons for the flag), this is to be expected. If she can start hitting a few long putts, she's a leader-board contender.

If she can start hitting a few long putts, she's a leader-board contender. A lot of people could win if they could "start" hitting 25 foot putts. That is a BIG IF.

If she can start hitting a few long putts, she's a leader-board contender. That's a tall order. An earlier post indicated that players make about 10-20% of their putts outside of 15 feet.
