If there were only 13,000 votes between the two it's probably because the phone system couldn't handle it

I tried for 3 hours solid and couldn't get through. How can this vote possibly be accurate if votes couldn't get through? I think Fox needs to reexamine their system if they want this competition to retain any credibility.
