Are they using the word "imminent" in the U.S. or just Saudi? If they are using the word "imminent" here in the States wouldn't the level then be raised to "Red".

Good question. Articles from a couple of hours ago suggested they were considering raising it over the next couple of days. Suddenly we're at orange. I would tend to take it seriously.
