The above quote continues to show the absolute ignorance of our judiciary and most Citizens... The Constitution does not confer rights to anyone or anything except to the State or Federal government. These entities don't exist without the Constitution (though they are operating as if there is none right now, but that's a different conversation).

Unalienable Rights originate from God.
Some claim that they originate from the STATE.
The Constitution secures rights confered by God. Therefore, WHITE, J., statement that the Constitution does not confer a fundamental right upon homosexuals to engage in sodomy is correct and the homosexuals & Court of Appeals, incorrect.

Just the opposite, the "right" to sin is granted by God, and has been from the very beginning. Love is a choice, and if we love God, then we will "choose" to do what is right (though we will all make mistakes due to the fall, or Christ was not needed). Reference the "choice"/"command" God gave to Adam Gen2:17. Adam was told not to do from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, yet God allowed him to make his own "choice" to obey in love, or rebel in sin.

The right to choose sodomy, no matter how revolting to you and I is a inalienable (God given) "choice".
