Oh we sure do :) But he's alive and in custody.

Oh yes we sure do. We don't process as efficiently as Texas, but we've had a couple executions in the past year.

He walked out of the building to a waiting medical team. He had been shot twice, and was taken to a local hospital.

In the picture, he didn't look like the man that the witnesses had been describing, so LE is concerned that there may have been another gunman.

I think that there was only one man. Sometimes people get confused in situations like this one, and their memory is not accurate.

I'm sure that more accurate witnesses, such as those that were in a more direct contact with the shooter will come forward today.
