Evolution can be disproven for there is no "missing link" we have the layers of what was, what is, but we do not have the in-between. They say T-rex "became" a meat eating bird. Where are the other stages of its evolving?

There are loads of transitionals. Check this out for a sampler, and discover how your teachers have failed you: Transitional Vertebrate Fossils FAQ.

We now have Cro-magnon and modern man living at the same time. Science is still trying to explain this one. In France modern man was found existing in the lowlands and Cro-man in the highlands. When scientists are asked they say they are working it out.

I think you mean Neanderthal. Cro-magnon is pretty much us. Not a significant lapse in reasoning on your part, but it does indicate a lack of familiarity with the subject matter.

But they have said so far that at the moment it seems that modern man just "appeared" out of nowhere.

No, that's your position.

As to evolution, I have seen no proof that something evolved.

You won't find proof. But you will find loads of evidence. What does the fossil record mean to you?

I do however see evidence of things created.

Wow. Stuff just pops into existence, like from a Star Trek transporter? Really?

Disprove to me the missing "Creator"

I have no interest in that one.

First of all you read that which with you agree. You search out material to help your argument. Typical of those with agendas.

I look at more than one source of information. I do not take one's opinion as fact. The Hiesenberg Principle should always be followed.

My teachers have failed me?

First of all, I live and learn through life. Certain principles are not as "teachers" say. Math is a constant. Language has rules. Science is not absolute. The Hiesenberg Principle once again.

And it is not my opinion of the appearence of modern man. It is being debated by the science community right now. Because it goes against what they have been saying.

Fossil records??? You mean like A T-Rex standing tall which these scientists agreed years ago. But today they can say it would break its back. You mean like the Brontosoras that they put together wrong. You mean like about 10 years ago a science confirmed a fossil of a new beast and that was a HOAX?

Like the science books saying that the earth would be covered by water 5 MILES deep if the Ice Caps melted? So far you footing is on soft sand.

There are loads of transitionals.

SHOW ME THE BONES.
The actual bones that is, not paintings and drawings, the actual bones. Let's see them for the dinosaur to bird transition and for the reptile to mammal transition. Since these are the most recent large transitions, they should have the best fossil evidence of all.
