O'reilly really looked bad today. He went over the top in giving the Governor's representative a tongue lashing for coming on his show instead of the Governor.

O'Reilly wants to be looked upon as a "moderate" he hates to be called a conservative. I disagree with the all white prom however the Governor has no blame in the matter. And second O'Reilly can talk all he wants about how it is wrong to justify wrong with other wrongs. Their are black supremicist events all the time and O'Reilly hasn't said a word. At my college there is going to be a Hip Hop day for blacks. It is ridiculous, this is what I call reverse segregation.

O'Reilly is an equal opportunity basher. Perdue deserves bashing. To hide and not make any comment about the all white prom "because there is nothing in it for me" is disgraceful. While he couldnt prevent it, he as a leader could certainly have shamed those that took part in it speaking out against it. Instead Perdue hid, not wanting to offend the folk. Thats not called leadership. If Perdue cant take the heat, he ought to get out of the kitchen. And whats with getting you to fight his battles. Is he chicken to face O'Reilly himself?

O'Reiily is totally justified in decrying the Governors silence and you are delusional if you think calling racists to account is bad for the GOP.

If you are not a rat operative to begin with.

I just saw the late edition of O'Really and if he wasn't taking a straight aim at the governor's jugular with a butcher knife, I don't know what else you would call it.

Bill goes off on the deep end about every 45 days or so, then seems to level off fairly well.

He needs a vacation.

This was the first time that I wanted to just TURN HIM OFF!
He went way overboard on this story, and my respect for him has gone down quite a few notches.

O'reilley has the same problem that all left leaning individuals have, he thinks his views are the only ones that matter. Regardless of the morality or legality of a situation, if it offends Bill's sensitivities, it's evil and must be attacked.

His browbeating of the teens for making a choice as to who they want to be around is indicative of just what the leftists bring to the table. O'Reilley is a perfect example of what America is when those "who know what's best for us" make the rules.

Label me as you wish, but these kids made a choice that caused no one any physical harm. They will be reviled and assaulted for making what many see as a blunder in judgement, but as long as there are afro-exclusive clubs, social gatherings, political action comities, and the whitey is bad standard, then I'll stand behind these kids and their decision until the end and Bill can kiss my WHITE ass.

Regardless of what the elitist want us to believe, it's not evil to choose to be amongst those who you understand and have common interests with. Just don't get caught exercising your right of free assembly or you will suffer the onslaught of Bill and his "We know what best for you you evil little bastards!" minions.

O'Reilly is not welcome in my living room any more. I emailed him on both the nights he featured this controversy. He was into almost maniacal ranting, and his guests were not offered enough time to speak. One who had an opposing viewpoint was obviously cowed and disgusted and just laid low till the segment mercifully ended.

My sore spot is O'Reilly's subtle and sometimes not-so-subtle threats to use the power of his bully pulpit to bring down those who don't agree with him or who won't appear on his show at his demand. This doesn't sit well with me at all.

I don't blame the Governor for not groveling before Bill's threats and smears by showing up in person. I wouldn't either. Given Bill's ever-increasing jihads, anyone involved would be a fool to participate in a show with him.

I had an "all-white" barbecue a few weeks ago. Of course I didn't call it that, but Bill O'Reilly might. You see, I've invited my black neighbors from three houses down to about every party I've had but they've never attended one. So, since there weren't any "people of color" attending (I myself am translucent) I guess I'm a racist? Now, if Bill frickin' O'Reilly is that incensed by the whole affair in Ga, why doesn't he tote his white *ss down there and protest himself, instead of blaming the school and the governor?

I was thrilled when O'Reilly's TV show deservedly did well
at the beginning---lately his moral outrage/self-righteousness has become VERY tiresome and stupid-sounding.
He is certainly no intellect, either.

if Bill were throwing a private party at his big Long Island digs (why doesn't he live closer to work in a more diverse area?)

Bill O'Reilly lives in Plandome, NY, one of the most wealthy and exclusive communities in the nation (and whitest, not that it matters). I have eaten breakfast at the same diner that he occasionally does, and he makes a big show of himself every time...his ego is insatiable.

Hobbling a Republican Governor (unfairly) driving up anti-Republican sentiment in the South (a region integral to Dubya's re-election) and galvanizing Southern Democrats is a clear sign that Bill is not on our team.

Let's not get carried away here. O'Reilly can hardly "hobble" a governor. Even with his cable-tops ratings, his show is watched by a tiny portion of the American viewing public, compared to even the most lackluster network sitcom.

During the 1990's a liberal church in my area hosted proms for gay teens. The local media praised the church for showing compassion and tolerance for young homosexuals. Apparently, freedom of association is prohibited for white straight christians.

"His jihad against Georgia's Governor is to appease the NYC, DC chattering class who think he is a racist and suspect his Jesse Jackson fixation is rooted in racism."

Yep something like that. He is grandstanding big time just to get attention. I think his outrage on this is fake. I mean come on...one dinky high school in a big state has a private all white prom and the Governor is supposed to do what? It would be more effective if some of the ministers in town got together and preached about this being a sin against charity. Why did'nt Bill think of that when he was casting around for someone to scold?

Speaking as a Georgia native to O'reilly: Piss off, you blowhard!

I have never liked O'Rielly. He is a self-righteous ass. He should be back doing tabloid fluff for Inside Edition because he doesn't have the intellectual chops to present political matters in any useful way. He just talks and talks and talks and talks and talks ... whoever is on his show is incidental to giving O'Rielly a platform to run his mouth.

The Governor has nothing whatsoever to do with the decisions of some high school kids to have a private party. O'Reilly is grandstanding to feed his own ego, and I do not appreciate him using Georgia as a prop for his own aggrandizement.

What the $%*& has gotten into O'Reilly? I watched the replay of the show. Sounds like he is saying the Governor of Georgia is a racist if he does not give in to all of O'Reilly's demands. Since Bill has no basis whatsoever for these demands, it makes him sounds like a pompous ass and a jerk. I've seen Bill get a bit overexcited about some issues, but he really went off the deep end on this one.
