President Bush ended his weekend visit with Australian Prime Minster John Howard today, as both men briefly answered questions from the media. Bush was asked if he's concerned whether WMDs haven't been found yet and replied, "We'll find them. It'll be a matter of time to do so." It was also announced today that Bush may visit Poland during a trip to Europe at the end of the month. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Oops. I forgot to add the Warrior Princess and Lawgirl. I didn't intentionally single you out.

Oh, yeah, that's right! I forgot about RumSTUD! He's going to get in on the act for sure!

And Bar.......can you imagine what Mama is saying to her ornery little boy now?

I thought about the girls too, and remember that he said that in high school one of them said, "Hey, Dad.....you're not as cool as people THINK you are!" I'm betting they still think that's true......though I heard they DID encourage him to make the flight, so I bet that at 21 they think he's cooler than they thought he was when they were 18.

You gotta love these people, though, don't you?! Real people.....real relationships.

What I'm saying, though is....if you look through the Dose, and about 5 other threads that day, you will find that there were a MULTITUDE of people who were more than impressed with his masculinity.......and actually, some of them were (heterosexual) males.

I was in good company!

Doesn't that sound like a lovely way to start every day......other than the fact that it's WAY to early for me!

I've told my husband that if he ever brings coffee to me in bed at 5:00 a.m., I may just haul off and hit him! :o)

Thank you, all, very much for your happy birthday wishes!

I had a very nice, quiet, fun celebration with my son and his sweet girfriend, and my best friend, Mike. After opening gifts we went out to eat and then watched one of my presents, Men of Honor, at home. I got pampered and waited on and treated deferentially, as it should be! I even ate a Pepperidge Farm mint cookie. =)

It was awfully thoughtful of President Bush to host a press conference on my Sunday birthday, no?

hoosiermama and Ms.Behavin, so sad to read about the dog situations, recent and not so recent, but nevertheless painful. May the Lord's precious comfort fill you all.

Traveled to Little Rock today, for the express purpose of seeing our President. Despite a slight ticket mishap, was able to get in, and enjoyed a terrific speech about getting our country into a more robust economy. He needs our help with Congress to get his economic package passed. Wonderful applause, and he looked great. More details are planned for the next (today's) daily dose.
