ALL and that means ALL viral diseases come from China. SARS is just the latest. Check History of viral diseases. They all come from CHINA. Including the strain of flu that killed more people than died in WWI.
For China to become a superpower they need one thing FREEDOM.
How many died because the current politcal structure in China could not admit weakness?
They could have asked for help right away.
Communism in and of itself will fail. They can make a lot of money but the communist way sucks it up. Just as the USSR.
And Clinton is a MORON. He is running around to make his legacy. He did not get one. The only thing that has seemed to work in all he tried is with the IRA but they were running out of people willing to die for the cause in Ireland.
Palestine - FAILED.
N. Korea - FAILED.
Haiti - FAILED
Somalia - FAILED
Retaliation on ANY attack such as the USS COLE
The Embassies etc - FAILED
Shall we continue???

The thing that makes the most sense to me is not that Clinton's a moron, but that he is a Chinese agent and will continue to undercut the US.
I have read about China as a source of epidemics and various diseases. Can't refute that. But their population has continued to grow and the potential for economic is tremendous.
My point is not that they don't need freedom, it's how will freedom come. I contend that economics can be the driving force.
By all means continue all you want.

They all come from CHINA. Including the strain of flu that killed more people than died in WWI. I don't know where you got the idea that the Swine flu virus came from China. There is some excellent research that indicates patient zero was a draftee farm boy from a western U.S. State who spread it at his basic training camp in the midwest before the end of WWI.
It is the mix of people with animals that generally makes a virus that becomes a pandemic; and that can happen on a farm anywhere in the world, not just China. However, as they are one of the most populous farming people on Earth, then statistically they are more likely to be involved, but it ain't a given.
