Risky's sucks, The Railhead sucks and Angleo's has the worst BBQ but the best beer ever. So. You like that mustard-based swill over the sweet Texas red sauce?
I'm gettin' a rope!
(How can somebody have the "best beer" when Coors is Coors is Coors?)

Actually sweet ice tea is what you drink with BBQ.

The best BBQ beef is found at Kreuz Market, 619 North Colorado Street, Lockhart, Texas.
There is NO sauce. Sauce is something purveyors of inferior BBQ use to disguise the low quality of their product.
Those who disagree are invited to visit Kreuz and see for themselves. Those who disagree after visiting Kreuz's may continue this discussion through seconds.

We have Bar B Que Contests all around here. They start with Memphis in May and go from there to every little town in every direction. Twice, I have been lucky enough to get in as a guest with some of the contestants. I ate bbq that was absolutely heaven. Ribs, pulled pork, brisket, kielbasa, beef, beans with bbq...you name it and I ate it. The commercial restaurants all have their specialties but when one gets to have bbq at one of these contests, one is eating the best of the best. Only problem is getting away from the contest....its hard to walk and breathe, especially if you ate the bbq and helped empty the keg.
