I'm watching C-SPAN - seems to me every 2nd caller put on the air is against the speech. I think that's ridiculous, considering CSPAN is without a doubt getting a WHOLE LOT MORE calls in support of the speech than in opposition to it. Is this a an official CSPAN policy?
