As Minister of Information for Saddam's regime he's probably responsible for deaths in Iraq prior to the war. Bush administration has said the Iraqi's will determine the punishment of the former regime. If he's harmless perhaps he'll survive the tribunals. He won't just because people find him amusing. If the Iraq military heard and believed his lies and fought when they might have laid down their guns and are responsible for Sgt Ron Eli Brown's death at the airport then he should be punished harshly.

Baghdad Bob's speeches would be war crimes if an American took over Baghdad Bob's role. There's nothing criminal about trying to rouse the trops on your side.
If he was heavily involved in the murder and torture of Iraqi citizens, then yes, he should be brought to account. Otherwise, I would graciously allow him to pursue whatever entertainment career he wanted, and personally I wish him the best of good fortune. He's given many people a good laugh, and if he can continue to do so, he has a great future ahead of him.
