Does anybody know if it's safe to believe any of this? There are an awful lot of "insiders" and "sources" quoted, but not many verifiable facts. I read this... Desperate Aziz made his demands as CIA chiefs quizzed him at a PoW camp...
...and I wonder, "How the hell do they know what went on in a CIA interrogation room at a POW camp?" What, they have embedded reporters following intelligence agents around? A rogue CIA agent called up the Sun in London and spilled the beans? Has anybody seen another source reporting any of this? |

If you're not married, marry me (JUST KIDDING!!!) - but i was absolutely thinking the same thing. Credibility-wise, an 'insider' in all of this is as trustworthy as the person paying for the ad selling a user 'Pacer' in running condition - because that never happened either!

ROTFLMAOL
Wiping tears of mirth.
I, also, want to know who the reliable source was for this bit of information.
Lord knows I love Tom Clancy's work, but to think any Intel agency feeds any press agency anything other than pablum is rather, well, to put it nicely, naieve.
I would put my tin foil hat on, if I did not have my special government issued ability to morph into an alternate reality.
LOL

Has anybody seen another source reporting any of this? No, but we are having fun.
